Составной текст четырех евангелистов в Синодальном переводе на русский язык In antiquity, evangelical narratives were perceived most often “by ear”. Centuries have passed, and many printed editions of the Holy Scriptures in various languages have become available to everyone who can read. But nowadays people feel the need not only to read, but also to hear the Gospel, as in the very first years of Christian history. Such a desire, usually accomplished with the service performed in our churches, can now be supplemented by listening to the narrations of the four evangelists in the Synodal translation into Russian. Today, when the main part of society, plunging headlong into worldly vanity, stops even reading fiction, the hearing of the Gospel in Russian becomes more relevant. Each episode from the earthly life of Jesus Christ is presented here in chronological order and is represented by the text of one of the Gospels. Only the Last Supper is voiced in four versions. The publication was published with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia ALEXY II and recommended by the Patriarchal Synodal Biblical Commission of the Russian Orthodox Church as a textbook. This audio version of the consolidated Gospel text, opens up a series of audio editions of texts of Holy Scripture.
