Оказывается, что и "загадочный" Оркестр Соломона Шварца тоже существовал, но этот оркестр играл совершенно другую музыку (никаких "твистовых" обработок и с вокалом солистки). Существует виниловый диск Оркестра Соломона Шварца записанный совместно с певицей Emmanuel Fisher (Эммануэль Фишер), под названием - "Sing along simcha, A" - Sol Schwartz His Orchestra & The Emmanuel Fisher Singers (London, UK, 1967), с популярными еврейскими песнями на "идиш".
For those who are interested. Somehow, not so long ago, there was a conversation about the Solomon Schwartz orchestra Solomon Schwartz's CD, released in 2004 by the independent Moscow label Solnze records, Solomon Schwartz "Et Son Orchestra" (1963), performing downhole instrumental compositions from Jewish folklore in a "twist" version ("Public women", "Cigarettes", "Hawa Nagila", "Yosel, Yozel", "Ba mir bistu sheyn" and more). Many did not believe that this magnificent and mysterious recording could have been made in 1963 (especially in the “stereo” version, when even the omnipotent “The Beatles” were still recorded “mono”) and therefore many took the album’s “recording date” - “1963” as a “wiring”, and the very existence of Solomon Schwartz was called into question, believing that it was the work of modern musicians or even some unknown professional - the “orchestra man” who recorded the album alone. The album truly came out magnificent and is listened in one breath. The search for information about the album was further complicated by the fact that there wasn’t a single information about the orchestra itself and its leader (neither in Europe nor in the USA). Later, truth appeared that the original material (phonogram) for the release of the CD was discovered by an old collector from the Krasnodar Territory - Nikolai Nikolayevich Pushkarsky (the same one who organized and recorded the concert of A. Severny with the ensemble "Cossack" in 1979 ), but the original vinyl disc could not be found. And recently I managed to find out that the Moscow collector of rare "vinyl" Boris Simonov (owner of the Transylvania music store), was finally able to find and purchase the original old "vinyl" with this very record, released in 1967 (and not 63 th, when the mono sound reigned supreme), but only with the difference on the original vinyl record, exactly the same record (with the same compositions and in the same sequence), but performed by the ensemble "THE TEMPLES "(!), and the record is called -" BEI MIR TWIST DU SCHÖN "-" THE TEMPLES "(Ad Lib Records - A 225, New York, 1967). That is, nowadays, the well-known record belongs to the work of completely different musicians. Probably "THE TEMPLES" is the name of the project of "session" musicians - Orchestra conducted by George Siravo - an orchestra conducted by George Siravo (George Siravo, 1916-1983), a famous American jazz musician, clarinet player, alto saxophonist, arranger and composer, director pop swing band. In the 1930s and 1940s, George Siravo played in renowned orchestras under the direction of Charlie Barnet and Glenn Millers, then he himself led the orchestra on CBS radio, and in the 50s, 60- He has collaborated with renowned artists such as Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett, worked with popular singers Doris Day and Rosemary Clooney, and recorded albums at Columbia Records. On the envelope of the record is indicated only the name of the creator of the record - Siravo.
It turns out that the "mysterious" Solomon Schwartz Orchestra also existed, but this orchestra played completely different music (no "twist" arrangements with the lead singer's vocals). There is a vinyl disc of the Solomon Schwartz Orchestra recorded together with the singer Emmanuel Fisher (Emmanuel Fisher), entitled "Sing along simcha, A" - Sol Schwartz His Orchestra & The Emmanuel Fisher Singers (London, UK, 1967), with popular Jewish songs on "Yiddish".
