    ЛУЧШЕЕ В НАШЕЙ ЖИЗНИ.
    Сегодня я хочу говорить о разнице между тем, что считаем лучшим в наших жизнях мы и что таковым считает Господь. В прошлый раз мы говорили о том, что нам бывает трудно ответить четко на вопрос: «На что я надеюсь» и зачастую мы просто думаем: «Я надеюсь, что всё будет хорошо». И затем мы смотрели, что Библия говорит об этом и увидели разницу, увидели, что если мы не живём надеждой на уготованное нам на Небесах, то мы обязательно будем разочарованы! Сегодня я хочу продолжить это рассуждение и предложить нам подумать, как бы мы ответили на вопрос: «Что я считаю лучшим в своей жизни?» И опять, с нашей точки зрения может выглядеть так, что лучшее вы нашей жизни – это времена благополучия, когда всё в нашей жизни в порядке, во всём есть устройство, когда мы успешны, здоровы и счастливы. Слава Богу за времена благополучия, но бывает ли так, что они навсегда? Конечно нет, есть разные «сезоны» в наших жизнях и нам обязательно приходится проходить и через времена сокрушения и разочарования, через времена бессилия и болезни, через времена тьмы. И мы считаем эти времена «плохими», молимся и желаем, чтобы их было как можно меньше, а «хороших» сезонов было как можно больше. И Библия говорит, что люди делятся по тому, как они относятся ко временам: Иной отличает день от дня, а другой судит о всяком дне равно. Рим. 14:5. Оказывается можно жить и одинаково относится и к «хорошим» временам и к «плохим». Как же это возможно? Для этого нужно принять и согласиться с тем, что Бог есть Господин времён, как написано: Во дни благополучия пользуйся благом, а во дни несчастья размышляй: то и другое соделал Бог для того, чтобы человек ничего не мог сказать против Него. Еккл. 7:14. А мы пытаемся «упросить» Господа продлить нам времена благоденствия, но лучше для нас научиться принимать из Его руки всё, что приходит в нашу жизнь, как Его волю! Как же можно принимать как благословенье то, что не доставляет нам удовольствия? Но только те, кто этому научается и становятся действительно преуспевающими христианами! Я не случайно начал с вопроса: «Что мы считаем лучшим в наших жизнях?» Именно переосмысление ответа на этот вопрос и делает нас способными принять всё из руки Божьей. Что бы понять, о чем я говорю, давайте обратимся к словам Ап. Павла о народе Божьем: Итак, какое преимущество быть Иудеем...? Великое преимущество во всех отношениях, а наипаче в том, что им вверено слово Божие. Рим. 3:1-2. В контексте «Послания к Римлянам» это утверждение Ап. Павла звучит несколько неожиданно, потому, что немного ранее он там же говорит о тех самых Иудеях: Рим.2:17-29. А мы, христиане, разве не подпадаем под это описание Апостола? Разве мы являем миру то единство и ту любовь, о которой говорит Тот, кого мы называем своим Господом? (Пример Махатмы Ганди) Но хотя мы и далеки от того, чтобы соответствовать всему, чего от нас ожидает Бог и у нас, как у Иудеев, о которых пишет Апостол есть это великое преимущество – нам вверено Слово Божие! Мы сегодня являемся носителями откровения Нового Завета, точно так же, как те Иудеи были (и остаются) носителями откровения ветхого завета. И это есть то лучшее, что может произойти и произошло, (а точнее происходит) с нами! Мы те, кого Господь избрал, чтобы говорить Своё Слово в наши жизни. Библия сравнивает действие Божьего Слова в жизни человека с баней: Христос возлюбил Церковь и предал Себя за нее, чтобы освятить ее, очистив банею водною посредством слова; Еф. 5:25-26. Когда я стал размышлять об этом, то сразу вспомнил иностранцев, которые панически боялись русской бани. Но мы, кто были в бане, знаем, что хотя и не самое приятное занятие сидеть в этой жаре и хлестаться веником, но потом всегда переживаешь удивительное облегчение, восстановление и оздоровление. Быть может мы и далеки от совершенства в нашем хождении пред Богом, но тем не менее Он вверил нам Своё слово и Библия говорит об этом так: Знаем также, что Сын Божий пришел и дал нам свет и разум, да познаем Бога истинного и да будем в истинном Сыне Его Иисусе Христе. Сей есть истинный Бог и жизнь вечная. 1 Ин. 5:20. Правда в том, что мы, христиане, просто не понимаем своего счастья! Вчера в Москве был Торжественный приём по поводу 140-летия перевода Библии на русский язык. И главный Католик России выступил, «назвав уровень знания Библии среди верующих «катастрофическим». И я с ним вполне согласен! Еще один выступавший сказал следующее: "Сто лет назад было желание читать Библию, но не было возможности. А сейчас есть все возможности, но нет желания" Друзья, мы те, кому Бог вверил Своё слово и это лучшее, что есть в наших жизнях! Тысячи (а скорее миллионы) людей живут, просто не имея возможности увидеть свои жизни в свете Божьего Слова. У нас такая возможность есть, но мы, как тот грязнуля из стихотворения Маршака не хотим мыться, нам кажется, что Баня Слова это что-то такое трудное, но именно это нам нужно, нужно научиться смотреть на результат, чтобы радоваться тому облегчению, тому освобождению, которое мы полу     FEBRUARY 21, 2016.     THE BEST IN OUR LIFE.
          Today I want to talk about the difference between what we think is the best in our lives and what the Lord considers it to be. Last time we talked about how it is difficult for us to answer clearly to the question: "What I hope for" and often we just think: "I hope everything will be fine." And then we saw that the Bible speaks about it and saw the difference, we saw that if we do not live by the hope for what is prepared for us in Heaven, then we will certainly be disappointed! Today I want to continue this reasoning and invite us to think about how we would answer the question: "What do I consider to be the best in my life?" Again, from our point of view, it may look like the best of our life is a time of well-being, when everything in our lives is in order, in everything there is a device when we are successful, healthy and happy. Thank God for times of prosperity, but is it always that they are forever? Of course not, there are different "seasons" in our lives and we have to go through times of contrition and disappointment, through times of impotence and disease, through the times of darkness. And we consider these times to be "bad", we pray and we want them to be as little as possible, and "good" seasons were as much as possible. And the Bible says that people are divided according to how they relate to the times: Someone distinguishes day from day, and another judges every day is equal. Rome. 14: 5. It turns out that one can live and treat equally "good" times and "bad" times. How is this possible? For this it is necessary to accept and agree with the fact that God is the Lord of times, as it is written: In days of prosperity, take advantage of the good, and in times of adversity think: both God made it so that a person could not say anything against Him. Eccl. 7:14. And we are trying to "persuade" the Lord to extend the times of prosperity, but it is better for us to learn to take from His hand everything that comes into our lives as His will! How can we take as a blessing something that does not give us pleasure? But only those who learn it and become really successful Christians! I did not accidentally start with the question: "What do we consider the best in our lives?" It is the rethinking of the answer to this question that makes us able to take everything out of the hand of God. To understand what I'm talking about, let's turn to the words of Up. Paul about the people of God: So, what is the advantage of being a Jew ...? A great advantage in all respects, but especially that they are entrusted with the word of God. Rome. 3: 1-2. In the context of the "Epistle to the Romans" this statement of Ap. Paul sounds a little unexpected, because a little earlier he is talking about the very same Jews: Rom.2: 17-29. And we, Christians, do not fall under this description of the Apostle? Do we show the world that unity and the love that the One speaks about, whom we call our Lord? (Example of Mahatma Gandhi) But although we are far from meeting all that God expects from us, like the Jews, about which the Apostle writes, this is a great advantage - we are entrusted with the Word of God! Today we are the bearers of the revelation of the New Testament, just as those Jews were (and remain) the bearers of the revelation of the old covenant. And this is the best that can happen and happened, (or rather it happens) with us! We are those whom the Lord has chosen to speak His Word in our lives. The Bible compares the action of God's Word in the life of man with a bath: Christ loved the Church and gave Himself for it, to sanctify it, cleansing it with a bath of water through the word; Eph. 5: 25-26. When I began to think about it, I immediately remembered the foreigners who panickedly feared the Russian bath. But we, who were in the bath, know that although it is not the most pleasant occupation to sit in this heat and whip with a broom, but then you always experience amazing relief, recovery and recovery. Perhaps we are far from perfect in our walk before God, but nevertheless He entrusted His word to us and the Bible says this: We also know that the Son of God came and gave us light and intelligence, that we might know the true God and let us in his true Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. 1 John. 5:20. The truth is that we Christians simply do not understand our own happiness! Yesterday in Moscow was a solemn reception on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the translation of the Bible into Russian. And the main Catholic of Russia spoke, "calling the level of knowledge of the Bible among believers" catastrophic. " And I quite agree with him! Another speaker said the following: "A hundred years ago there was a desire to read the Bible, but there was no possibility. And now there are all possibilities, but there is no desire & quot; Friends, we are those to whom God entrusted His word and this is the best that is in our lives! Thousands (and more likely millions) of people live, simply not being able to see their lives in the light of God's Word.
