слуги Господа, который он воспел Господу,
когда Господь избавил его от рук всех его врагов
и от руки Саула. Он сказал:
2 – Я люблю Тебя, Господи, сила моя!
3 Господь – скала[a] моя,
крепость моя и мой избавитель,
Бог мой – скала моя,
в Нем я ищу прибежища,
Он – мой щит и рог[b] моего спасения, моя крепость.
4 К Господу воззову, достойному хвалы,
и от врагов моих спасусь.
5 Узы смерти оплели меня,
захлестнула стремнина гибели.
6 Цепи мира мертвых обвили меня
и опутали меня сети смерти.
7 В бедствии своем я Господа призвал;
я воззвал к Богу моему.
Из храма Своего Он услышал голос мой;
крик мой достиг ушей Его.
8 Задрожала земля, сотряслась,
пошатнулись и основания гор,
задрожали, потому что разгневался Он.
9 Дым вырвался из Его ноздрей,
огонь пожирающий из уст Его,
сыпались от Него горящие угли.
10 Он расторг небеса и сошел,
под ногами – мглистые тучи.
11 Воссел Он на херувима[c] и полетел,
воспарил Он на крыльях ветра.
12 Мраком покрыл Себя, словно пологом,
окружил Себя тучами дождевыми.
13 От сияния перед Ним разгорались огненные угли[d]
падал град, и сверкали молнии.
14 Господь возгремел на небесах,
Всевышний подал Свой голос – с градом и огненными углями.
15 Он пустил Свои стрелы и рассеял врагов,
множество молний – и разбил их.
16 Тогда открылись источники моря,
и обнажились основания земли
от упрека Твоего, Господи,
от дыхания ноздрей Твоих.
17 С высоты Он склонился и взял меня;
Он извлек меня из глубоких вод.
18 Он избавил меня от могучего врага,
от ненавистников моих, слишком сильных для меня.
19 В день бедствия моего они на меня ополчились,
но Господь был мне опорой.
20 Он вывел меня на безопасное место;
Он избавил меня, потому что я угоден Ему.
21 Воздал мне Господь по праведности моей,
по чистоте моих рук наградил меня.
22 Ведь я хранил пути Господа
и не сделал зла, отвернувшись от Бога моего.
23 Все законы Его предо мной;
я от установлений Его не отступал.
24 Я был непорочен перед Ним
и хранил себя от греха.
25 Воздал мне Господь по праведности моей,
по чистоте моих рук перед глазами Его.
26 Ты верен с тем, кто верен,
с беспорочным Ты поступаешь беспорочно,
27 с чистым – чисто,
но с коварным – по его лукавству.
28 Ты спасаешь смиренных,
но унижаешь тех, чьи глаза надменны.
29 Ты светильник мой зажигаешь[e];
Господь, мой Бог, озаряет мрак мой.
30 С Твоей помощью я сокрушаю войско,
с Богом моим поднимаюсь на стену.
31 Путь Бога безупречен,
чисто слово Господа.
Он щит для всех,
кто ищет в Нем прибежища.
32 Ведь кто Бог, кроме Господа?
И кто скала, кроме нашего Бога?
33 Бог опоясывает меня силой
и делает верным мой путь.
34 Он делает мои ноги, как у оленя,
и ставит меня на высотах.
35 Он учит руки мои войне,
так что гнут они бронзовый лук.
36 Ты вручил мне щит спасения Твоего,
и поддерживает меня правая рука Твоя;
Твоя милость меня возвеличивает[f].
37 Ты расширяешь мой шаг подо мной,
чтобы ногам моим не оступиться.
38 Я преследовал врагов моих и настиг,
я не повернул назад, пока не истребил их.
39 Я сокрушил их, и им не встать;
под ноги мне они пали.
40 Ты препоясал меня силой для битвы,
Ты поверг к моим ногам восставших на меня.
41 Врагов обратил Ты ко мне спиной,
и я истребил ненавидящих меня.
42 Они взывали о помощи,
но не было никого, чтобы спасти их –
к Господу взывали, но Он не ответил им.
43 Я стер их в порошок, в пыль, носимую ветром;
я топтал их, как уличную грязь.
44 Ты избавил меня от мятежа народа,
Ты сделал меня главой чужеземцев.
Народы, которых я не знал, служат мне,
45 покоряются, едва обо мне услышав;
чужеземцы раболепствуют предо мной.
46 Все они пали духом
и выходят, дрожа, из своих крепостей.
47 Жив Господь! Хвала моей скале!
Да будет превознесен Бог моего спасения!
48 Он Бог, Который мстит за меня,
Который народы мне покоряет
49 и избавляет меня от моих врагов.
Ты вознес меня над моими противниками,
от жестоких людей спас меня.
50 За это я буду славить Тебя, Господи, среди других народов;
Имени Твоему воспою я хвалу.
51 Своему царю Он дарует большие победы,
и милость являет Своему помазаннику Давиду
и семени его вовеки. 1 For the choir conductor. Psalm of David,
servants of the Lord, which he sang to the Lord,
when the Lord delivered him from the hands of all his enemies
and from the hand of Saul. He said:
2 - I love you, Lord, my strength!
3 The Lord is my rock [a],
my fortress and my deliverer,
My God is my rock,
in Him I seek refuge,
He is my shield and the horn [b] of my salvation, my fortress.
4 To the Lord I will cry, who is worthy of praise,
and I will be saved from my enemies.
5 The bonds of death have entwined me,
the rapture of death swept over.
6 The chains of the dead have wrapped around me
and the web of death entangled me.
7 In my distress I called the Lord;
I cried out to my God.
From His temple He heard my voice;
my cry reached His ears.
8 The earth trembled, shook,
the foundations of the mountains swayed,
trembled because He was angry.
9 Smoke burst from His nostrils,
devouring fire from his mouth,
burning coals poured from him.
10 He opened the heavens and came down,
hazy clouds underfoot.
11 He sat on the cherub [c] and flew,
He soared on the wings of the wind.
12 He covered Himself with darkness, like a canopy,
surrounded Himself with rain clouds.
13 From the radiance, embers of fire blazed before Him [d]
hail fell and lightning flashed.
14 The Lord thundered in heaven,
The Most High gave His voice - with hail and fiery coals.
15 He shot his arrows and scattered the enemies,
many lightning bolts - and broke them.
16 Then the springs of the sea were opened,
and the foundations of the earth were laid bare
from Thy reproach, O Lord,
from the breath of Thy nostrils.
17 From on high He bowed down and took me;
He pulled me out of deep waters.
18 He delivered me from a mighty enemy,
from my haters too strong for me.
19 In the day of my calamity they took up arms against me,
but the Lord was my support.
20 He brought me to safety;
He delivered me because I am pleasing to Him.
21 The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness,
he rewarded me for the cleanliness of my hands.
22 For I have kept the ways of the Lord
and did no harm in turning away from my God.
23 All His laws are before me;
I did not depart from His ordinances.
24 I was blameless before him
and kept himself from sin.
25 The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness,
by the purity of my hands before His eyes.
26 You are faithful with the one who is faithful,
you deal blamelessly with the blameless,
27 with clean - clean,
but with the insidious - according to his craftiness.
28 You save the humble,
but you humiliate those whose eyes are haughty.
29 You light my lamp [e];
The Lord my God illuminates my darkness.
30 With your help, I crush the army,
with my God I climb the wall.
31 God's way is flawless,
the word of the Lord is pure.
He is a shield for everyone
who seek refuge in Him.
32 For who is God but the Lord?
And who is the rock but our God?
33 God Girdles Me With Power
and makes my path right.
34 He makes my feet like a deer,
and puts me on the heights.
35 He teaches my hands for war,
so they bend a bronze bow.
36 You have given me the shield of your salvation,
and thy right hand sustains me;
Your mercy magnifies me [f].
37 You widen my step under me,
lest my feet stumble.
38 I pursued my enemies and overtook,
I didn't turn back until I destroyed them.
39 I have crushed them, and they will not rise;
they fell under my feet.
40 You girded me with strength for battle,
You threw those who rose against me at my feet.
41 You turned your enemies back to me,
and I have destroyed those who hate me.
42 They cried for help,
but there was no one to save them -
they cried out to the Lord, but He did not answer them.
43 I ground them to dust, to dust blown by the wind;
I trampled them like street dirt.
44 You delivered me from the rebellion of the people,
You made me the head of the strangers.
Nations I did not know serve me
45 submit, as soon as they hear about me;
foreigners are servile to me.
46 They all lost heart
and come out trembling from their fortresses.
47 The Lord lives! Praise to my rock!
May the God of my salvation be exalted!
48 He is the God who avenges me,
Which conquers peoples to me
49 and delivers me from my enemies.
You lifted me up above my opponents
saved me from cruel people.
50 For this I will praise Thee, O Lord, among other nations;
I will sing praise to Thy name.
51 He grants his king great victories,
and shows mercy to His anointed David
and his seed forever.
