и всякого скота чистого возьми по семи, мужеского пола и женского, а из скота нечистого по два, мужеского пола и женского;
также и из птиц небесных по семи, мужеского пола и женского, чтобы сохранить племя для всей земли,
ибо чрез семь дней Я буду изливать дождь на землю сорок дней и сорок ночей; и истреблю все существующее, что Я создал, с лица земли.
Ной сделал все, что Господь повелел ему.
Ной же был шестисот лет, как потоп водный пришел на землю.
И вошел Ной и сыновья его, и жена его, и жены сынов его с ним в ковчег от вод потопа.
И из скотов чистых и из скотов нечистых, и из всех пресмыкающихся по земле
по паре, мужеского пола и женского, вошли к Ною в ковчег, как Бог повелел Ною.
Чрез семь дней воды потопа пришли на землю.
В шестисотый год жизни Ноевой, во второй месяц, в семнадцатый день месяца, в сей день разверзлись все источники великой бездны, и окна небесные отворились;
и лился на землю дождь сорок дней и сорок ночей.
В сей самый день вошел в ковчег Ной, и Сим, Хам и Иафет, сыновья Ноевы, и жена Ноева, и три жены сынов его с ними.
Они, и все звери по роду их, и всякий скот по роду его, и все гады, пресмыкающиеся по земле, по роду их, и все летающие по роду их, все птицы, все крылатые,
и вошли к Ною в ковчег по паре от всякой плоти, в которой есть дух жизни;
и вошедшие мужеский и женский пол всякой плоти вошли, как повелел ему Бог. И затворил Господь за ним.
И продолжалось на земле наводнение сорок дней, и умножилась вода, и подняла ковчег, и он возвысился над землею;
вода же усиливалась и весьма умножалась на земле, и ковчег плавал по поверхности вод.
И усилилась вода на земле чрезвычайно, так что покрылись все высокие горы, какие есть под всем небом;
на пятнадцать локтей поднялась над ними вода, и покрылись горы.
И лишилась жизни всякая плоть, движущаяся по земле, и птицы, и скоты, и звери, и все гады, ползающие по земле, и все люди;
все, что имело дыхание духа жизни в ноздрях своих на суше, умерло.
Истребилось всякое существо, которое было на поверхности земли; от человека до скота, и гадов, и птиц небесных, все истребилось с земли, остался только Ной и что было с ним в ковчеге.
Вода же усиливалась на земле сто пятьдесят дней.
And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy family into the ark, for I have seen thee righteous before Me in this generation;
And take every cattle of the pure by seven, the male and female, and out of the unclean livestock of two, the male and the female;
also from birds of the heavens by seven, the male and female, to save the tribe for the whole earth,
for in seven days I will pour rain on the earth forty days and forty nights; and I will destroy all that I have created from the face of the earth.
Noah did all that the Lord commanded him.
But Noah was six hundred years old, as a flood of waters came upon the earth.
And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the ark from the waters of the flood.
And from the clean of the cattle and from the unclean livestock, and from all the reptiles on the earth
the pair, the male and the female, entered into the ark to Noah, as God commanded Noah.
After seven days the waters of the flood came to the earth.
In the six hundredth year of the life of Noah, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on this day all the sources of the great deep were opened, and the windows of heaven opened;
and the rain fell on the earth for forty days and forty nights.
On this very day Noah went into the ark, and Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them.
They, and all the beasts, after their kind, and every kind of cattle after its kind, and all the reptiles that crawl along the land, after their kind, and all that fly after their kind, all birds, all winged,
And they went in unto Noah into the ark a pair of all flesh, in which is the spirit of life;
and they that went in were male and female of all flesh, as God commanded him. And the Lord shut him up.
And the flood continued on the earth forty days, and the water increased, and raised up the ark, and it rose above the earth;
and the water increased and multiplied greatly on the earth, and the ark floated upon the surface of the waters.
And the water on the earth increased tremendously, so that all the high mountains under the whole sky were covered;
Fifteen cubits water rose above them, and the mountains became covered.
And all flesh that moves on the earth, and the birds, and the cattle, and the beasts, and all the reptiles that crawl on the earth, and all the people, have lost their lives;
all that had the breath of the spirit of life in their nostrils on land died.
Every creature that was on the surface of the earth was exterminated; from man to cattle, and reptiles, and birds of heaven, everything was wiped out from the earth, only Noah was left, and what was with him in the ark.
The water increased on earth a hundred and fifty days.
