Обойдётся новая 16-ти этажка почти в полмиллиарда рублей. Добавлю, в здании на Ворошиловском – его возвели в конце 19-го века – хранится больше миллиона задокументированных историй. Самые старые датированы 1744-м годом и относятся к истории Области Войска Донского.
