Rostov was included in the list of cities with the worst quality of life: from 38 positions the Don capital occupied the 30th line. The rating was made by researchers from the financial university under the government of Russia. They asked residents of megacities about the state of roads, education, medicine and housing and communal services. As the head of the department of sociology of financial university Alexey Zubets told us, less than half of Rostovites are satisfied with the state of affairs in the city.

But the best cities for life, according to opinion polls - Tyumen, Grozny and Kazan. In the first ten entered also the neighboring Krasnodar.
