Исходное положение: Исходное положение: пары становятся по кругу лицом по линии танца, Дама по внешней линии круга, партнер по внутренней. Исходное положение рук: левая рука кавалера держит левую руку дамы, правая рука кавалера поверх левой руки дамы и держит правую руку дамы.

Переход дамы на внутреннюю сторону круга
Аналогично выполняется переход на внешнюю сторону круга
Кавалер поднимает руки и дама, не расцепляясь с ним, проходит за 2 ОШ под его руками на внутреннюю сторону круга. Движение выполняется спиной к партнеру. Так как дама движется в сторону и вперед при этом, партнер не стоит на месте, а делает к ней дополнительный шаг. На последний такт легкий кивок головой друг другу.
Галоп
Его удобнее разложить на счет: Пять галопов в сторону по (или против) линии танца на счет 1-5, на 6 счет — ноги вместе, 7 счет — невысокий прыжок на месте, 8 счет — пауза.
Tour-des-mains
Кавалер и дама за 4 ОШ делают полный оборот по часовой стрелке (при этом у обоих левая рука в первой позиции, правая в заниженной второй).
Обход дам
Кавалер становится на одно колено лицом против линии танца, подав даме правую руку. Дама подает партнеру правую руку. Дама делает два круга по часовой стрелке.

Details:
The lady moves to the inside of the circle
The transition to the outer side of the circle is performed in the same way.
The gentleman raises his hands and the lady, without disengaging from him, walks 2 points under his hands to the inside of the circle. The movement is performed with your back to your partner. Since the lady moves to the side and forward at the same time, the partner does not stand still, but takes an additional step towards her. At the last beat, a slight nod of the head to each other.
Gallop
It is more convenient to break it down into a count: Five gallops to the side along (or against) the line of dance on a count of 1-5, on the 6th count - legs together, 7th count - a low jump in place, 8th count - a pause.
